About Project
This North Dallas residence built in 1957 was once a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with 1,798 square feet but was simply outgrown for a young family of 5. The home originally purchased in 2015 was the perfect starter home for a young couple and their dog. But as life happens, the family grew. Spruill Remodel designed a home which now boasts a modest 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths offering the owners now 3,400 square feet of open living space yet maintaining their large backyard. While using the home’s existing foundation slab, an updated open concept floor plan was formed.
With a contemporary build established by Spruill Remodel, the owner’s enlisted the Cassaïa team to help with the interior design to ensure a successful Cape Cod inspired home, a location close to the owner’s heart.
For the furnishings, it was important for both the owners and our design team to include durable, kid and pet friendly, items throughout. With a combination of high-end Italian furniture to custom and ready-made pieces, we gave the home a modern and timeless design.
Northaven Park is a single family new build located in Dallas, TX that was completed in 2024 in collaboration with Spruill Remodel.
